We need to scrap RET in favor of a County wide Income tax. Not the state, they have not proven able to do much of anything right. It was tried in Michigan at state level and failed because of improper funding. County level would keep control local, and would still level the finances some what. I would also put rate changes to a 2/3 vote, not just a simple majority like school districts have now. Consolidate School districts and some of the other agencies to eliminate Admin costs. I'd help if you find this interesting, but don't bother if you like same old same old way of doing business. We need reform and change, best thing you can do is a little radical about issues, as long as you don't get to media nuts like Joe Walsh. We have meet and talked at the Miller's wine and cheese fund raisers. Think about it, I post allot of the NWH site if you want to screen me first.
